Service availability. This website is publicly available. Account registration, photo uploads, video generation and checkout are not yet open. The provisions below concerning these features apply when the relevant feature becomes available. No payment or photo submission is currently accepted.

1. Purpose

These rules protect the people depicted in content and those who may see it. They apply to use of this website and, when enabled, all submitted material and generated works.

2. Prohibited content

• Pornography, nudity, sexual acts or sexualised depictions.
• Child sexual exploitation or abuse material, or photographs of anyone under 18 for the planned generation service.
• Graphic violence, gore, threats, terrorism or encouragement of self-harm.
• Hate, targeted harassment or demeaning content based on protected characteristics.
• Non-consensual depictions, deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, or photographs of celebrities, politicians and other public figures.
• Copyright or trademark infringement, unauthorized characters, logos, footage or music.
• Fraud, unlawful activity or attempts to mislead viewers about the authenticity of AI-generated content.

3. Rights and consent

You must hold the rights required to use each submitted image and obtain the necessary consent of every adult depicted. A template does not grant rights to any original performance, song or third-party identity.

4. Safety review

Generation will not be opened without appropriate input and output review controls. Content may be blocked or held for review; being accepted by a model does not itself establish compliance. The current public website does not operate image recognition, public-figure detection or a customer-video review queue.

5. Technical misuse

Do not bypass safeguards, access another user's records, automate abusive requests, exploit payment or credit errors, redistribute credentials or disrupt the website.

6. Enforcement and appeals

Violations may result in refusal of a request or restriction of access. Where necessary, information may be preserved or disclosed as required by law. Reports and appeals can be sent to support@aitrendvideo.com. No response-time guarantee or existing review team is represented here.

7. AI disclosure and distribution

Do not present AI-generated material as authentic footage of an event or as another person's endorsement. Comply with the rules of any platform where you publish a generated work. The service does not supply rights to third-party music.

8. Reporting content and requesting review

Email support@aitrendvideo.com with the subject "Content report". Include the page or content URL, an available job or order reference, the reason for your report, and enough information to identify the affected content. You may report unlawful content, non-consensual depictions, infringement or other policy violations. Do not attach illegal material; describe it and provide a location instead. Supply only the personal information needed to assess the report.

Reports are assessed for severity and reviewed against this policy and applicable requirements. We may seek clarification, restrict access to content under our control while reviewing a serious report, and remove violating material or restrict responsible accounts where those features exist. Reports involving immediate safety risks receive priority. Relevant evidence and decisions may be retained for the investigation or legal obligations. We will communicate the outcome where appropriate without disclosing another person's private information. We do not promise a fixed response time.

To challenge a decision, email the same address with the subject "Appeal", the decision reference and your reasons or new evidence. We will reconsider the decision and correct restrictions found to be mistaken. No separate review team or currently operating automated detector is represented by this policy.
