Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-10-07. These Terms govern your use of AI Trend Video at https://aitrendvideo.com.

Service availability. This website is publicly available. Account registration, photo uploads, video generation and checkout are not yet open. The provisions below concerning these features apply when the relevant feature becomes available. No payment or photo submission is currently accepted.

1. Introduction and acceptance

By using this website, you agree to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. Before using any photo or paid feature, you must be at least 18 and have the rights and consent required for the material you submit. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.

2. What the service provides

The planned product makes short AI-generated videos from photos in preset scenes. Template illustrations and code animations are examples of a visual direction, not generated customer results. Available models, duration, resolution, processing time and any preview limits will be stated before a generation request or purchase. The current illustrations do not establish a guaranteed output specification.

Videos are digital products. When generation opens, completed and approved files will be delivered through the user's account for download. Processing may take time and may fail. The underlying model and provider will be disclosed before photos are sent to them. AITrendVideo is independent of those providers and of the platforms or artists discussed on template pages.

3. Accounts

When registration becomes available, use an email address you control and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Orders, remaining video credits and generated works will be associated with the authenticated account. Do not access another person's account or share credentials to evade usage limits.

4. Prices and plans

The following prices are the planned launch prices. They do not enable a purchase today. The applicable price, currency, taxes and plan conditions must be displayed before payment.

• One HD video: $6.90, one-time payment for one video.
• 5-video pack: $24.90, one-time payment for five videos, valid for 12 months from purchase.
• Monthly plan: $19.90 per month for 12 videos in each billing month. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
• Upgrade: within 7 days of buying a single video, pay $18.00 to add four video credits and turn that purchase into a 5-video pack.

5. Billing and payment

Waffo Pancake is the planned hosted payment service. Payment is not currently enabled. Once enabled, the checkout will identify the payment service and show the charge before you authorize it. AITrendVideo will not collect or store your full payment-card number.

A single video, pack or upgrade is a one-time purchase and does not renew. By purchasing a monthly plan, you authorize the displayed monthly charge until cancellation. Prices are in US dollars; any applicable tax must be shown before payment. A return-page message alone is not proof of payment: an order is paid only after server-side confirmation.

6. Cancelling a monthly plan

You may cancel the monthly plan before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; its remaining monthly credits remain available until that period ends. Separately purchased pack credits retain their own validity. An account cancellation control or the payment service's subscription-management route must be made available before subscriptions are sold.

7. Refunds and video credits

7.1 Failed delivery or defective files. If generation fails, a file is corrupted or inaccessible, or the service materially fails to match the purchase description, report the issue with your order reference. We will first offer replacement generation, restored credits or another appropriate remedy. If the problem cannot be resolved, the affected amount will be refunded where appropriate or required by law. Credits do not replace a monetary refund to which you are legally entitled.

7.2 Completed videos. Successfully generated, accessible videos that conform to the purchase description are not refundable merely because you change your mind or dislike their style or subjective artistic result. Remedies for defects, misdescription and mandatory consumer rights remain available.

7.3 Packs. Used credits are not refundable except as described above or required by law. Unused credits carry no voluntary money-back guarantee and expire 12 months after purchase. Statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

7.4 Monthly plans. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund the current billing period or completed videos. There is no first-month money-back guarantee. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

7.5 Billing errors and cancellation rights. Confirmed duplicate, erroneous or unauthorized charges are handled through the payment provider's investigation and refund process. Where loss of a cancellation right for immediately supplied digital content is permitted, the required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation must be obtained before relying on that exception. These Terms alone do not waive that right.

7.6 Order of credit use. Where both monthly and pack credits are held, monthly credits are used first. Cancelling a subscription does not shorten a separate pack's 12-month validity.

7.7 Policy violations. Deliberate violations may lead to restricted access. No provision in these Terms removes a refund or other right that cannot lawfully be waived. A returned video credit is not the same as a monetary refund; confirmed refunds are processed through the payment service.

8. Billing disputes

Check the order record and use the order-assistance or payment-service support route supplied with the purchase to report a billing problem. Keep your order reference. This does not prevent you from exercising statutory rights or contacting your payment provider. No specific support-response time is promised on this website at present.

9. Your photos and videos

You retain the rights you have in uploaded photos. You grant only the permission reasonably needed to process, screen and generate the work you requested. You must have the necessary rights and consent from every adult depicted.

Subject to these Terms and any rights of third parties, you may use delivered paid videos, including commercially. This permission does not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity or clearance of third-party rights. Review AI output for mistakes before publishing it. Do not misrepresent AI-generated material as authentic footage or remove a disclosure for that purpose.

Template descriptions may mention the origins of a trend. This does not imply endorsement or affiliation. No rights to third-party music, performances, trademarks or original footage are included.

10. Acceptable use

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms. Report suspected violations to support@aitrendvideo.com with the subject "Content report"; use "Appeal" to challenge a decision. The policy explains report assessment, review and available enforcement actions. Prohibited uses include sexual or child-unsafe content, violence or gore, hate, unlawful material, deceptive impersonation, non-consensual depictions and infringement. Do not evade safeguards, access other users' data, abuse payment systems, resell access or use the service's output to train a competing model.

11. Privacy

See the Privacy Policy for current data handling and the conditions for future account, photo and payment features. Those features will require an updated notice reflecting the providers and retention settings actually used.

12. Disclaimers and liability

The website and any available service are provided on an “as available” basis. Generative AI can produce inaccurate faces, motion or other details, and a desired result is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded and aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted for policy violations, suspected fraud, security reasons or legal requirements. If a paid service is discontinued for reasons other than your breach, unused pack value and the unused part of a paid subscription period are refunded, subject to applicable law.

14. Applicable rights and disputes

Mandatory consumer and privacy protections that apply to you remain effective. Nothing here requires you to waive a legally protected remedy. Where order support is available, it may be used to seek an informal resolution before further proceedings.

15. Changes to these Terms

Updated Terms will be posted with a new date. Material changes to paid-service conditions will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect, unless a shorter period is required for legal or urgent security reasons. When accounts and subscriptions are available, applicable notices will also be provided through the account or associated email. If one provision is unenforceable, the other provisions remain in effect.

16. Support and order assistance

For support, billing questions, reports or appeals, email support@aitrendvideo.com. Include an order reference where available, but never send a password or full payment-card number.

No purchases can be made at present. Before payment is enabled, the checkout and account area must provide a working route for order, refund and cancellation assistance. Do not send photos, payment-card details or identity documents through an unverified contact channel.
