Service availability. This website is publicly available. Account registration, photo uploads, video generation and checkout are not yet open. The provisions below concerning these features apply when the relevant feature becomes available. No payment or photo submission is currently accepted.

1. Scope

This notice covers AITrendVideo. It distinguishes data processed while browsing the current public website from data that future account, upload, generation and payment features would require. A description of a planned feature does not mean that it is collecting data today.

2. Information processed today

Cloudflare hosts the public website and may process technical request information such as IP address, request time, URL, browser information and security signals to deliver and protect it. The current site does not offer account registration, receive photo uploads, create customer orders or collect payment-card information. It has no advertising or third-party analytics script.

If you email support, we receive your email address, message and attachments. We use this information to respond, investigate reports and resolve requests. Relevant records are kept only as needed for those purposes, dispute resolution or applicable legal obligations; please avoid unnecessary sensitive attachments.

3. Account, photo and transaction information

When these features are enabled, they may process the email and account identifiers needed for authentication; the photos, template selection and consent needed to fulfil a generation request; job status and resulting files; and order references, plan, payment status and credit records. Only information necessary for the relevant function should be collected. Full payment-card details are handled by the hosted payment provider rather than stored by this website.

Before those features open, this notice will be updated to describe the actual processing purposes, applicable legal bases, providers and retention settings. We do not currently receive or send uploaded photos to a model provider.

4. Service providers and transfers

Cloudflare is the current hosting provider. Planned integrations include Supabase for authentication, Kie for access to the Kling video model, and Waffo Pancake for hosted payments. These integrations are not currently enabled for public users. We will identify the providers actually used, relevant transfer arrangements and any additional processing conditions before data is sent through those features. Links to other websites are governed by those websites' own notices.

5. Cookies and browser storage

The current website does not use an application login cookie, localStorage or IndexedDB to hold account or photo data. Hosting security mechanisms may process technical information. When login is enabled, essential session cookies will be needed to keep you signed in and protect requests; their use and duration will be disclosed. Advertising tracking is not currently enabled.

6. Retention and deletion

There are currently no uploaded photos, customer accounts, paid orders or generated customer files to retain. Hosting logs are subject to the hosting provider's operational settings and policies; this notice does not promise that no logs exist. Before enabling new features, we will publish the applicable retention periods and deletion mechanisms. No automatic 24-hour photo deletion or fixed video-storage period is claimed to be operating today.

7. Security and access

The public website is served over HTTPS. No system can guarantee absolute security. Future account records and media must be protected with access controls so users cannot retrieve another user's data. We do not invite users to submit passwords, payment details or photos through the current template pages.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal data, receive a copy, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where consent is used, and complain to a supervisory authority. To make a privacy request, email support@aitrendvideo.com with the subject "Privacy request". We may request proportionate information to verify your identity before disclosing or deleting data. You may manage browser data through your browser settings; this does not itself delete a hosting provider's logs.

9. Children and consent

The planned photo and video service is intended for adults aged 18 or over. Do not provide photographs of children or people whose necessary consent and rights you do not hold. This policy does not claim that automated age or public-figure detection is currently implemented.

10. Changes

This notice will be updated when data practices change, including before authentication, photo generation or payment is enabled. The date above identifies the current version. Significant changes affecting registered users will be communicated through an available account or notification channel when those features exist.
